Strawberry Oat Smoothie

Description

A quick and easy breakfast smoothie made with strawberry and oats for a more filling drink or snack. 

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 1/2 cup sliced frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cup whole milk (more for a thinner smoothie) (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    Add rolled oats to blender and grind until fine.

    To the blender, add frozen strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey to taste, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth, about 45-60 seconds.

    Serve immediately.
