Ingredients
2/3 cup smooth peanut punch
1 3/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Everyone has different tastes, so adjust the amounts as needed. If the peanut butter taste isn't strong enough to your liking, add more peanut butter; if it isn't sweet enough, add more condensed milk; and so on. You can also add other flavorings, such as cinnamon, nutmeg, or cloves.

1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp turmeric
pinch of cinnamon
orange food colouring (optional)
1/2 small onion, sliced
1 12-pack Hawaiian rolls
3 tbsp mayonnaise
170g mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tbsp butter, melted
cilantro, finely chopped (garnish)
